Copyright Notice Regarding Dasaria Intellectual Property

At this time, Dasaria materials are not authorized for independent development, modification, publication, distribution, or incorporation into other projects without the express written permission of the copyright owner. Individuals who may possess copies of Dasaria materials are respectfully requested to refrain from creating derivative works, continuing development efforts, or redistributing such materials unless authorization has been granted.

The Dasaria campaign setting, including but not limited to its lore, maps, fictional geographical locations and regions, cities, settlements, kingdoms, characters, worldbuilding materials, written works, artwork, quests, storylines, dialogue, game content, computer program areas, source code, scripts, databases, design documents, and related creative works, is the intellectual property of Tony Carroll, also known within the Dasaria community as "Jehannum," and has been protected under United States copyright law since its original creation in 2002.

A copyright registration application covering the Dasaria intellectual property has been submitted to the United States Copyright Office under expedited Special Handling procedures in connection with pending litigation matters.
